How does it work?
Kick Off Call (30 minutes)
In this call, we’ll identify the workload for review and select the key stakeholders for each of the review’s six pillars.
Well Architected Review (2 hours)
We’ll perform the review over a half day discussion with your key stakeholders by interviewing the individuals involved in each aspect of designing and maintaining your environment.
Findings Report (1 hour)
In the findings report we will present learnings and work with you to develop a plan to remediate any issues discovered.
Remediation (up to 16 hours)
Pelotech will work with you to address high risk issues discussed in the findings report.
